Refund policy
We at Ghuul are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Be in the original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
- Have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
- Request a Return Authorization: Contact our customer service team at support@ghuul.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
- Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all documentation, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@ghuul.com or alternatively shoot us a DM via instagram @44ghuul.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@ghuul.com or alternatively shoot us a DM via instagram @44ghuul.
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
